Here’s a simple but delicious recipe:
The Watermelon Mojito, a refreshing cocktail to bring in the summer and beat the heat. Great all summer long! 
Please drink responsibly.

Ingredients:
4 ounces seedless watermelon, chopped
4 large mint leaves
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 1/2 ounces light rum
Garnish: lemon twist
Steps:
In a shaker, muddle the watermelon and mint with the agave nectar and lime juice. Add the rum and fill the shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled, and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
