Are you familiar with the term 𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨-𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠? It describes a volunteer, or team of volunteers, completing small tasks that make up a larger project benefitting a community organization/nonprofit. At JA, we couldn't possibly serve the volume of students in the Charlotte Metro region without the support of so many amazing corporate partners. These businesses encourage their employees to dedicate time, skills and knowledge to benefit students in our community and, in doing so, they make our community stronger!
