Such sad news to hear of the passing of Deborah James. Those last words she spoke on her podcast seem even more poignant today - "Enjoy life because it is so precious". She said how she would love more time. Sometimes I take the time I have totally for granted. So I thought these words were a perfect reminder to myself. 

If today is a day where you're overwhelmed or unable to cope, go easy on yourself. Just for today.
