Why are you doing what you do?
Hopefully, because you absolutely love it. But there are sometimes aspects of your work that you probably HAVE to do and they're the stressy, frustrating, or just downright boring parts, right?
The thing is you can love what you do but still hate aspects of it. I have a friend who loves running her children's activity classes but she absolutely hates the admin and bookkeeping. As soon as she was able to budget for it, she handed that task over to a professional and her enjoyment of her business rose dramatically.
When it comes to business, you can find yourself trying to do everything yourself. Even if it's an area you're not particularly confident in.
It's particularly common with running social media channels. We've all dabbled in our own personal social media and it's easy to think you can run your business's in the same way. But social media should form part of your overall marketing strategy and there's a lot more to it than posting pictures and getting lots of followers.
