Do you know about Google alerts? They are easy and free to set up and are a great way to track mentions of your brand, your website or your products. Google alerts save you a lot of time when it comes to social listening. 

You can select as many keywords as you like and each time one pops up online, you'll receive a notification (not someone ringing a bell, thankfully.) 

As well as being able to track mentions of your brand, you can also keep an eye on competitors this way too. Just google "Google Alerts" or enter https://www.google.co.uk/alerts and it'll walk you through the process.
