What's the fastest way to get your customers to contact you? Or buy from you or book an appointment? 

Answer: Use a CTA - a "call-to-action" button on your profile page. 

Using a call to action can increase conversions and encourage your audience to easily engage with your brand. 

You can create specific CTA buttons for your Facebook Page and Instagram profile which will prompt your visitors to take a particular action.

Some examples of CTAs that you can add on Facebook and/or Instagram are:
• Email, phone, or message your business
• Appointment bookings
• Making a reservation
• Downloading an App
• View gift card
• Learn more
• Making a purchase
• Order food
• View shop or shop now
• Get a quote

To add a CTA on Facebook, click the ‘edit’ button below your cover photo and select which CTA button to add. You can choose a button that works best for your business and customize that button depending on where you want to send visitors. The CTA will encourage people to take direct action once they are on your page. On Instagram, you change your CTA buttons through your "edit profile" button on your profile page.

It's worth taking a moment to make sure you're allowing your customers to get in touch or order from you easily. We're a fickle bunch and if things get too complicated or involved, we might just go elsewhere.
