Do you ever find that you like a product but hate the way it's promoted? Now you could argue that perhaps if I don't like the way something is marketed then I'm not the target audience. However, have you ever read a post by a company you use and like only to recoil at their use of bad language or inappropriate tone? I know, I have.  And sadly, it just puts me off using them. ⁠
