Yes, you're busy, I know.⠀

Working from home and trying to home school is not easy and perhaps you're putting just a little bit too much pressure on yourself to do everything perfectly. I know I am. But becoming an overworked, ragged, stressed out mess is not going to help anyone. Especially you. So think about yourself for a little bit. What are three ways you can devote to self-care just for today?⠀

• Make yourself a nice lunch or dinner or order one in? ( @thegroverestaurantleigh are operating a Grove to Go menu.)⠀
• Find five minutes for a peaceful read? (Read any good ones you can recommend?)⠀
• Send yourself some flowers? ( @belleroseflowerboutique is just one of the places doing local deliveries.)⠀
• Make yourself a cake, or even better, get one made for you. (if you're in the Leamington area, @sarahedwardscakes are doing delicious deliveries and here in #leighonsea , @wilmasbakery are doing brownie boxes each week but I missed the order for this week 😫self-care)⠀
• Call a friend? (Old fashioned voice calls work just as well as Zoom remember)⠀
• Get an early night? (Sounds boring but your body will thank you).⠀
• Treat yourself to an online class ( @anahatayogacentre run free online workshops at 7.30pm each Friday if you want a taster).⠀

Just have a think about it and take a break from worrying about life and the future and whether you're doing the homeschooling right. Just breathe and take care of yourself and feel free to share some self-care ideas as well.⠀
