According to @techcrunch, one in five Instagram stories, shared by a brand, receives a direct reply.  They are a perfect way for brands to connect directly with their audience and learn more about them.⁠

Stories are about creating a real, in-the-moment connection with your audience.  Perhaps by putting something in there that you don't want sitting on your grid permanently. Videos often perform better on stories and encouraging feedback via polls and questions can really help with engagement.⁠
