The changes we've had to endure these past few weeks have been almost surreal, haven't they? If you'd told me six months ago that we would be experiencing this way of life in the future, I would never have believed you. Yet here we are - adapting. We're having to sort out our businesses and finances in a different way, family life is completely altered for most of us: isolation, segregation, and for some the opposite, being confined with those they fear. ⁠
⁠
We are all missing things we thought we'd never be without -  lifestyles we'd become rather fond of; structure to our daily lives; feeling safe and comforted by those in charge.  And maybe those things will be altered forever after this. Maybe that won't be such a bad thing. ⁠
⁠
We are all adaptable. We have shown that to ourselves and the world, it's just perhaps we have been out of practice when it comes to change. We have become accustomed to moving through our days and years in a familiar way that maybe we're realizing we've taken for granted.⁠

Whatever changes have come your way and are still to come, I hope you are able to face them without fear and overcome any difficulties with courage and help if you need it. ⁠
