By monitoring your social media platforms you can keep an eye on conversations - both positive and negative - around your brand and respond quickly to any questions or complaints. It's also good to see what's being said about your brand via other means and on other social channels that perhaps you don't use. ⠀

Try 𝑮𝒐𝒐𝒈𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 your brand name and see what comes up. Fingers crossed it's generally positive stuff but if there's any negative issues being banded around about your business or products then that's the time to try and diffuse them quickly. Searching for your brand online also gives you an insight as to what potential customers will see when they've newly discovered you. And if you try googling your competitors, you'll be able to see how you compare when it comes to your positioning.⠀

Remember, the bigger your brand grows, the more it'll be talked about so do this maybe once or twice a month to keep on top of your social listening.⠀
