Picked up any good phrases from social media? Or perhaps there’s some you’d like to see the back of. (Amazeballs, anyone?) My son's latest saying is "Wham" as in..
Me: how was the gym? 
Him: great, because I'm wham. 
Now, you try being 51 and not carrying on this statement with ..."bam, I am the man!" "Wham", I should add, is synonymous with "buff", "fit", "Peng" (he's stopped using that one!) and "hot". Is it me or is it impossible to keep up with modern slang? And if you're a big user of social media, do you feel you need to be in the know with some of the language? I was witness to an amusing conversation over Christmas where a living room full of people attempted to describe to my father in law what "woke" meant. Let's just say there was quite a few variations on the meaning given, depending on age and social status.
