You’ll never know until you try.  I mean, don’t take crazy risks, obviously, but easing yourself out of that comfort zone can be quite rewarding in the end. 
I have started this Monday morning with a plan and already I’m feeling a bit more relaxed because of it. And those tasks ahead which seemed a little daunting are looking more achievable. 
The trick is not to overloaded your list of things to do. Delay the unimportant stuff; delegate the stuff you aren’t as strong at or can’t fit in. 
I’ve felt overwhelmed by some of the tasks ahead of me lately but I’ve been reminded to go back to my planning roots from my TV days. 
When it all seems a bit too much, think back on your previous experience and you’ll realise you’re more capable than you think. .
