Grateful on this #worlddiabetesday for the  doctors who discovered insulin, and the fabulous medical staff who have cared for this boy and trained us in how to be a stand-in pancreas. I will forever be grateful to our #nhs  He’s doing it all himself now, on the other side of the world and I believe in him, and 🦄🦄 and that some day there may be a cure. 🙏🏻💙
