A #tuesdaytreat for me. Off to see this wonderful therapist Natascha at  @cstforme  If you haven’t tried #craniosacraltherapy I highly recommend it. It has helped me with all sorts of issues- physical & emotional. It’s helped with my asthma, my emotional turbulence after 5 miscarriages, my long suffering back and sacroiliac issues and my hormonal ups and downs in peri menopause. And if you’re not a fan of having to talk when you’re in a therapy session then again CST is perfect. I drift away to all sorts of places during a treatment. My kids have all had #cst at points in their lives and they’re all big fans.  Plus how can you not fall in love with this room or Natascha, for that matter. 💗
