Do you have any of these symptoms? Would it help to have seen a leaflet in your GP’s surgery or at any clubs you attend, that gave you an indication as to the possible symptoms you may experience with menopause?

That’s what the team at #Pausitivity think and so do I.  Which is why I’m getting behind their campaign for everyone to #KnowYourMenopause.

Doctors will willingly print off reams of paper for you listing menopause symptoms but that’s only once you’ve got an appointment. It’s so simple and so much easier to just have some information out there in the first place.

If we know what to expect with menopause we can recognise symptoms as being part of it and communicate accordingly with our GPs.
