Over the last six months I've been constantly challenging myself with a #socialmediamanagement course that I've been doing through @digitalmums . There have been times when I felt overwhelmed by the learning and the #timemanagement of it all but I'm so glad that I rose to the challenge because I know I've come out the other side with a new found knowledge, purpose, friends and a new direction. ⠀

What started as a campaign that I had to set up and runs as part of this course, has become something far more important to me. And that's because of you. While I thought I was just going to study social media management I actually learnt a whole lot more. ⠀

I’ve learnt an awful lot about menopause at a time when I needed it most; I’ve learnt about the challenges and joys of #midlifematters; I’ve been inspired to get back into exercise, take up mindfulness and meditation in a way I never used to and try out new things. By pushing myself out of my comfort zone, I have surprised myself with what I'm capable of and am looking forward to putting all this newfound knowledge and confidence to use. ⠀

Thank you all for being part of my campaign and supporting me. Truly Madly Midlife will continue - perhaps on a quieter level - after all menopause and midlife is not going anywhere anytime soon. ⠀
