Keep on with your goals even when it gets a little challenging. 
I’ve been retraining as a Social Media Manager and at times I’ve questioned whether I could manage what’s been asked of me in the training. The time management has been exhausting and it’s been a massive learning curve but little by little I have worked through it and I’m nearly at the end. Along the way I have met some fabulous like minded digital friends (@lizzieat50sense @behindthewoman1 @kenning.karen ) and some proper in the flesh friends (@nordicmama_ @lifeofpivots @hackneyfeed @littlestylestories )  Thank you all. I have learnt so much about menopause and enjoying midlife too. I feel very blessed. 🙏🏻
