This week is #massageatworkweek . There is something very lovely about nipping out at lunchtime for a quick massage or attending one onsite if your company provide it. When I worked in London it was something I tried to do often.  Don’t make the mistake I did though when I once had a seated chair massage at lunchtime and then spent a large portion of the afternoon with a big red ringmark around my face from the facerest on the massage chair 😩⠀
