A while back, I asked whether you would be more likely to try out alternative treatments to HRT before consulting a GP.  The results then were pretty even. But we’ve had a lot more coverage lately of menopause and HRT (thanks to @bbcmenopause , @behindthewoman1 and @menopause_doctor amongst others) which has hopefully dispelled some of the myths surrounding it and made a difference to those who perhaps wouldn’t have considered it before.
