When I turned 50 I felt old age had hit me. I didn’t know it at the time but peri menopausal symptoms had begun and I felt constantly low and lost. Then this book appeared before me on a local book store shelf. 
It’s such a positive read. “If we can maintain energy in our hearts and believe in the power of joy and human warmth, this can transform us and the way we look at the world“. I recommend it as a way to inspire and re-ignite that excitement for the future. (As a bonus, I’ve just opened this book again after a while and found twenty quid tucked away in it 🙌😁 Double joy)
