Time to be bold, take a deep breath and go for it. 
I hate being out of my comfort zone even though I’m always reading articles that tell me it’s good for me. When I look back on the decisions I’ve made in my life or the paths I took though, I’m quite proud of how bold I’ve been on occasions so I know that person is still lurking inside there somewhere. 
It’s a common thing in menopause to feel a dip in confidence in many areas of your life and I know that I have definitely felt that. I think I’ve also become more of an “overthinker” as I’ve got older. But, time to stop overthinking and go down that chute.  I know how great I feel about myself when I accomplish things I didn’t think I could do or would have the courage for.  If you’re one of the women who’s had a surge of confidence in their menopause (cause that can happen too - it all depends on our oestrogen and how it dips and flows and how our adrenals and nervous systems relate to that) then enjoy your new adventures and be patient with those of us blocking the top of the slide.
