So here's my #trulymetime pledge this evening.  Everyday, I jump in the shower to get washed. And that's nice but  what better place to practice mindfulness than in a warm, scented tub.  So who's going to join me.... not in the bath, thank you. Have your own. 🙄Make sure there won't be any interruptions. Maybe go the whole hog and light some candles, get some calming music going. Seriously, when was the last time you took a relaxing bath? It's a great place to meditate - close your eyes, let go of all other thoughts and really focus on the sensations of the bubbles or the water against your skin. Just breathe, relax - hopefully the kids won't try and join you - and take some time to focus on you. (Just don't stay in there til it gets cold). Ooh, and if you've got a hot tub, definitely fire up that baby and have a dip. (Just don't get transported back to the 80's 😁)⠀
