This week it's all about #selfcare. In my quest to experience some #trulymetime I am going to grab a few moments of me time doing something simple yet mindful and free from all distractions. Despite being a list maker, my head still buzzes with the mental clutter of everyday life and being a menopausal mother and the associated brain fog I'm experiencing along with memory loss, it makes for even more stress. So, please do join me in a week of mindfulness pursuits. I'll let you know what they are as the week progresses. They won't take long, I promise. But they might just help you fill up that empty cup a little and re set. The world will not stop if we do.... just for a minute or two. ⠀
