"Breast soreness related to perimenopause will likely feel different from the soreness you may have felt at other times in your life." Nope, pretty much hurts the same for me. Apparently, the spikes in hormone levels of estrogen and progesterone are the culprits but I'm reading that you may continue to have sore breasts if you take HRT? Anyone? Is this true?
