## Caption

How did your love for yoga start? I had always wanted to try it but I was working full time with a young family and a husband that worked shifts so I was often the sole parent at weekends (most of the time, in fact). It's no surprise, I guess, that we separated eventually and it was on one of those rare weekends when the kids were with their Dad that I got this book out from the library and gave yoga a go.  It was much too hard 🤣 🤣 🤣 .  But I had caught the bug and a year later when I moved back to #Essex I found a yoga class run by the lovely @dawnlisterlos and that was that.  I was hooked.  For me, yoga is a little slice of #trulymetime ⠀
