What better way to start my self care pledge than to hit the mat with day one of #yogawithadriene 's Dedicate practice. The first lesson was 50 minutes long! 50 minutes?! I can't spend that much time on myself I thought.  Turns out I could and the world didn't stop turning.  Sure, the washing up remained on the side a bit longer but hey ho.
