Life can be a bit of a rollercoaster, it's true. ( Hopefully not as scary as The Rage @adv_island ). But there is much that is good about ageing.  I took a bit of convincing of that and there are still some days when I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror and miss the carefree, unlined face of my youth.  But what a life it's been so far.  Many, many ups and a few downs too. Ashton Applewhite of @thischairrocks wrote a great article called "The Benefits Of Getting Older That No One Talks About" and I have put a link to it in my bio.
