## Caption

Suffered a setback in my #menopausal care yesterday thanks to antiphospholipid syndrome (a blood clotting issue that saw me lose five pregnancies a few years back) I was completely deflated.  I started off thinking, 'yes, finally I'm getting HRT" and finished in tears with the thought that I may have to put up with these symptoms for so much longer.  But I was prescribed estradiol pessaries so we'll give that a go and I’ve now been referred to a menopause clinic so it's not all bleak and after I've calmed down, today I’m looking at things with fresh eyes.  Maybe this is all for a reason. I will be patient and breathe and just know things will work out. #lightattheendofthetunnel .⠀
