Regrets.  We may have had a few but letting them go is the only way to move forward.  I always think it's OK to feel a little regret as long as I learn from it and don't keep repeating the same patterns or mistakes.  When those pesky menopausal hormones leave me feeling low, those past regrets can start to loom but it's important to look for the positive spin. 🌈 And as we age we may find ourselves wishing we had taken different paths.  That it feels like it's too late in life to start anew.  Nonsense. It's never too late. To each and every decision is attached a different set of consequences. We still have plenty of time to make further decisions and take new paths.  Try not to have regrets. Change them to experiences that will shape our future for the better. ⠀
