Yesterday I tried something new. A crystal singing bowls session at @theyogafactorysouthend  What a wonderful experience. The sounds from those things are extraordinary. I don’t think I’ve been in such a deep meditative state like that for a long time. I felt refreshed and calm afterwards and slept so well last night.  Definitely recommend. Now, what else can I try?
