Photos by timlaman | The white-bearded gibbon of Borneo is an amazing acrobat of the treetops. A full complement of biodiversity exists at Gunung Palung National Park, a healthy refuge of lowland rainforest in Indonesia’s West Kalimantan Province. White-bearded gibbons are one of the endangered species that thrive here. I captured these shots of a female with baby, and of a juvenile feeding high in the canopy of a strangler fig tree, from a blind in an adjacent tree early one morning.
