... i ended my run playing in bands six years ago, lacking confidence to step up and start over, making my own music. i spent those years teaching others what i had learned, but unwilling to take my own advice. i don’t consider it a calling, or destiny, but i know for myself this is something i have to do, to create from within, without thought for what anyone else thinks or says. .
