Here is someone who was arguably too talented for his own good...and perhaps got a little too caught up in his own hype at times. I remember seeing him when I was a kid and thinking how much I wanted to be like him. (I still try for that facial hair, but it just doesn’t happen!) He really represents the gay community in many ways... so pretty on the outside, but a big ‘ol mess on the inside...and it’s lovely!
