It’s taken me a while to realize how much I’ve taken for granted in quarantine. COVID-19 is a truly saddening time in history and there are many stressors playing on us, from mental health to financial struggles to social justice issues to more. 
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Although I think a lot of things have begun to “normalize” for the world, times are still tough and we are still struggling with a myriad of issues. 
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Something I posted earlier this week (The Heart of San Francisco) I think truly embodies this message. Even though we've found ourselves in a situation that seems bleak and hopeless, remaining together as a community and checking in with each other is something that will lessen our burdens.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I'm usually not one to post this and I certainly don't have all the answers. But as we move into even busier and stressful times, make sure to reach out to others and just check in. It only takes a short amount of time and it can mean more than you think. ❤️
