Today was the first of many days this week involving boundaries. Today it was social media. Last week I was so connected to the television and media to keep up with the election because #BidenHarris 🇺🇸🤘🏽 ... But I woke up today and decided that I needed distance. Just a little air and presence. Sure, I checked Instagram once or twice just as a quick few minute break between editing sessions, but that was it. And it felt great. The disconnect was much needed.
