Man do I wish I was on top of a mountain again rather than witnessing all the crap that’s been happening over the past 24 hours. 

Here’s a few reminders for everyone today: 
- breathe
- drink water
- maybe drink something alcoholic when necessary 🤦🏽‍♀️
- go for a walk or exercise
- eat healthy foods
- check in on your people 

It’s been a heavy 24 hours and this week will be a marathon, so steady yourself. Take care of yourself. Set boundaries with social media / television so that your mind has room to breathe and stay centered. We’ve got this y’all. Let’s stay hopeful. 📷
