Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay which is a day that I hold very close to me. If you’ve been following me you know that I talk about mental health often in an attempt to relate to all of you, because we all have feelings.

That being said - the way to express, acknowledge and make space for mental health in this society is done best by one of my biggest inspirations, @iz.harris whom reminds us that we all have feelings - good, bad, ugly - and it’s okay. It’s also totally fine and actually highly recommended to feel all your feelings.
