Ever feel like you’ve had this same problem more than once? Ever feel like, “Why does this always happen?” Or, “I have freaking come full circle back to this bullshit.”

Okay maybe that last one is just me, ha. But anyways.. it’s typically not coincidence that an incident, person, place, thing keeps returning to your life. It’s for a reason. There’s something to be had, to be extracted and learned. If it keeps returning - you haven’t learned what the Universe wants to teach you. So look again. Look harder.

If there’s anything I’ve learned over the past year, it’s to watch myself. Watch as I live life and see things as they happen to me. Try to look hard at each day and understand. Learn every lesson the Universe has for me. 📷🤍
