Waves, waves, waves. Happenings, people, weather, thoughts, emotions. They all come and go in waves. “The only thing constant around here is change.”

While that statement bothered me for so long mostly due to hating the concept of change, it’s grown to be the biggest lesson for me. It’s taught me that I need to not refuse to do things because I know change is coming. So what if change is coming! If there’s something I want to do I should do it before the change! Don’t just refuse all together and miss out! Change is good and always necessary; the Universe always has motives. They’ll send gentle tides to rise + fall or stormy seas to crash your shores. Whichever they send, there’s something there to learn.
