Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) wants to help remove barriers, increase options and give our members, employer customers, providers and our communities tools and support as we all work together to fight the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Blue Door Neighborhood Center is a space to learn, connect and focus on your health. They want to empower you to make a difference in your health. In particular, we aim to help you work to improve your health in the following areas: 1. Nutrition 2. Fitness 3. Family and child wellness 4. Mental health 5. Heart health 6. Diabetes management 7. Asthma management

The center is not a clinic. They don’t provide health services. But, we they are a place where you can attend classes, workshops and get access to community resources.
