APPLE CIDER VINEGAR GUMMIES: Apple sweet with just the subtle hint of Apple Cider Vinegar, but you really don't taste it at all. They recommend up to 6 per day (2 before each meal), but I personally just take 4 (2 before lunch and dinner).
