🎉 NEW RAMEN SPOT IN IRVINE 🎉 Marufuku Ramen has opened their first SoCal location. Bay-Area based and known for their Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen. Everything is handmade, and honestly, absolutely delicious. This is now pretty high up there on my list of favorite ramen spots, and I can't wait to come back here again. 
 
ALSO, April 4 (this coming Sunday) is National Ramen Noodle Day... so if you're maybe thinking about checking out this new spot... this is your sign to go! There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for you to enjoy some delicious ramen.

SIDES: GYOZA, EDAMAME, TAKOYAKI, MARUFUKU BITES, MARUFUKU SALAD - the soy sauce dressing for the salad was, and I don't mean to sound dramatic, but LITERALLY AMAZING. It is now my favorite salad dressing and I wish I had more. the other sides are classic and perfect appetizers, but THE SALAD 🤧👌🏻 
 
KARAAGE RICE BOWL: This might actually also be in my top for favorite karaage. It was well-seasoned and delish! I would definitely order this again! 
 
HAKATA TONKOTSU DX: Ah the main event! Where do I even begin, the broth was creamy and smooth, but also not too heavy. The noodles were great, and the chashu pork was one of the best ! I really wanted to more of that.  
 
KIMINO MIKAN SPARKLING JUICE: Sweet and sparkly! My two favorite qualities. I'm glad I got to try this because it really did surprise me how good it was! 
 
Y'all... I also got to try the smoothest sake! Definitely worth trying 👍🏻
