Offseason work with Coach Isaiah for JC Girls Basketball. Today our work consisted of vertical explosion as well as knee stability. Working to get off the ground quickly to jump up and towards the rim. As being in the air isn’t as much of a problem as coming down. To protect the knees, absorbing each landing by sinking the hips and flexing at the hip, knee and ankle.
