Our final K-5 Kabbalat Shabbat of the school year was a special one. In addition to Grades K-5 raising a combined $4,517.35 for the Helping Hands projects (service learning component of our K-5 education), and one of our faculty members was honored by our teachers and students. Brigitte Stout, our longtime Lower Division Administrative Assistant and Health Clerk, is retiring after 21 years at DJDS. Songs were sung, beautiful notes were written, and laughs were had. Mazel tov to all of our K-5 students on their Helping Hands projects this school year, and Brigitte, words cannot describe how many lives you have touched throughout your career and how many people will miss you dearly! #denverjds #kabbalatshabbat #HelpingHands #ThankYouBrigitte
