Worked with Owen yesterday on a few biomechanical drills, especially getting into his lower half and leveraging kinetic engergy from the ground up to generate more power. 
And building confidence on the inside pitch. Few hours later he blasted a triple laser beam.
Proud of him and excited to continue his training and development.
