If you’re looking for a sleek dining experience look no further than @cholon_denver located in the heart of downtown Denver.

Cholon translates to “big market” in Vietnamese and is named after the largest Chinese influenced market in Saigon. Their menu features a spin on traditional dishes including dim sum, small bites & authentic flavors. My absolute must order is their soup dumplings 🥟 this last time we had the sweet onion & gruyere cheese and the general tso dumplings - both equally delicious!
