My final stop in Paonia, Colorado was @qutoriwines 🍷

Qutori means creativity and leadership which are the qualities the winery seeks to embody in both their wine and business. 

I enjoyed two flights, sampling all their available red wines, while chatting with the founder, Julie and her son, Richard, who makes the wine. It was a little chilly so I opted to sit inside but they also have a beautiful outdoor patio that offers breathtaking views of the cities landscape!
