Hard work, determination and grit! Our Middle Tennessee Fit 4 Life fitness and nutrition program launched in March 2022. Proud is an understatement! Over the past 6 weeks, these athletes have experienced the foundational skills needed to walk into a fitness facility and safely train at their highest level possible to reach their health goals on and off the turf.
