Most agencies offer summer internships — but The Variable is proudly not most agencies — so we had our class of '22 develop a name and brand identity for the internship program here; needless to say, they brought the heat.

The name? Vandals. A program designed specifically for those breaking and entering into the ad world. A concept with flexibility baked right in that will allow each new class of interns...er, Vandals… to put their own graphic spin on art direction, apparel, content, etc.

And what better way to celebrate our inaugural Vandals group than to make a hype video of their dope summer here? 🤪
